Welcome, this is our Homerr and ViaTim neighborhood point. Here you can pick up and drop off Homerr en DHL Parcel packages. We accept and issue packages in our backyard. Homerr and ViaTim are social en envirnmental friendlier ways to send and receive packages. This is a neighborhood point, which means that we keep your packages in our home until they get picked up.

📥 Pick up your package

During opening hours you can collect your packages that have been sent to us, you will be notified by the shipping company or webshop. Please make sure that you bring valid identification, in some cases packages can only collected by the recipient on the label, this is always the case for packages sent from Wehkamp. Packages delivered by Homerr will be kept for a maximum of 14 days. Packages delivered by DHL Parcel will be kept for a maximum of 7 days.

📤 Drop off your package

During opening hours you can drop off packages for delivery. Make sure that the packge is securely packaged and to put a label on the package if necessary, you'll find this information on the sending instructions of the shipping company or webshop. If a label is required but you do not have the possibility to print the label we can help you with that. Drop off confirmations are in most cases sent to you digitally, but can also be provided in physical form.

For shipments with Homerr the maximum dimensions are 80x35x35cm.

For shipments with DHL Parcel the maximum dimensions are 120x60x60cm.
